By downloading or using the AutoFlip app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

AutoFlip is a tool designed to help car dealers and vehicle resellers manage inventory and generate marketplace listings. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

• AutoFlip offers monthly subscriptions (Solo, Turbo, Max) with a 3-day free trial.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are displayed in the App before purchase and are set in App Store Connect. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice.
• To cancel, manage your subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the vehicle data, photos, and listings you create using AutoFlip. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the App to scrape or harvest data from third-party websites in violation of their terms of service.
• Creating fraudulent, misleading, or illegal vehicle listings.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent the App's security measures.
• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AutoFlip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated listing descriptions are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFlip and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
